Rain has worsened the Friday evening traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur. Luckily, I'm bicycling home from work so I can by-pass the slow moving cars and quickly get home.
On the way home, I pass by one of my favourite Chinese restaurants (Restaurant Wong Fook Kee) which in my opinion has the best Salted Duck Soup in Kuala Lumpur. Once I've place the take-away food order, I bicycle back home to pick up my tupperware containers, hence, avoiding unnecessary styrofoam and plastic bag packing.
At the very end of the video, I'm having a funny conversation with a fellow resident in the lift.
Enjoy!

PPS. Some other contents / topics of this video, which also has some captions along the way, are:
- my commentary on the ease of standing up in the pedals on a Brompton
- my observation on honking in traffic in Kuala Lumpur; sadly, honking seems to be on the rise
- "fast food" in Asia versus the West
- watch the bar street at Changkat Bukit Bintang being closed off; much better for customers, but perhaps also for safety reasons
- making the case for using a money clip in Malaysia, and other countries with small notes where coins don't really matter (like in the USA); and looking forward to the ultimate stage of ePayment everywhere
PPPS. And 'enjoy' my elegant shorts and shoe attire: Black office leather shoes combined with shorts! #wardrobemalfunction
