Just a way to jazz up veggies!
Total recipe: P0 / C0 / F15
INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 Cup Frank's red hot sauce
1 Tbsp red palm oil (or coconut oil)
large pinch of salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Wash cauliflower and separate into florets.
Dry as much as possible, then place in a large mixing bowl.
Combine Frank's and palm oil in a glass measuring cup.
Microwave 20 seconds, stir.
Add in spices, to taste.
Pour sauce over cauliflower in mixing bowl.
Use a spatula to gently fold until every piece is colored by the sauce.
Add more sauce as needed.
Transfer cauliflower to your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350 15 minutes, or longer, depending on desired level of tenderness / crispiness.
