Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef
1 Cup beef bone broth
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp low sodium tamari sauce
1 Tbsp date syrup
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 handful your favorite fresh chopped herbs (tarragon)
3 lbs eye of round steaks (raw)
Combine broth through red pepper flakes.
Pour over beef in your slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH heat for 4 hours.
Garnish with a handful of your favorite fresh chopped herbs.
Once cool, store your beef in the cooking broth in the fridge!
Use that extra broth in any dish where you need chicken broth!
