Let's dig in together :) DAILY UPDATES: http://www.facebook.com/myhoneysucklecatering SUBSCRIBE: http://goo.gl/iA05G Ingredients: 1 loaf of fresh French Bread (I'm using two mini loaves) 1 stick (1/2 cup or 113g) soft, room temp. Unsalted Butter 4 cloves of Garlic 1 bunch of Parsley (to be chopped into 1 tbsp or 8g) 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (3g) 1/4 cup (32g) Parmesan Cheese Small Fontina Cheese wedge (about 4 oz or 120g) Directions: Preheat your oven to 350ºF (174ºC). Finely chop and mince the Garlic, then the Parsley. Mix in with the soft butter until almost whipped. Set aside. Slice open the garlic bread and lay on baking sheet, face up. Spread the garlic butter generously and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Roughly separate and place the Fontina cheese generously on the bread and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle the fresh parsley.
