CODE 1 MEDIA: 4 Car MVA 01-09-2020 (EAST PROVIDENCE RI)

At Approx. 4:27 PM EST, East Providence Police/Fire were dispatched to Veterans Memorial Pkwy & South Broadway for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Upon the arrival of Engine 5, the crew requested additional rescues and established command of the incident. Shortly after, Engine 3 with the Special Hazards was dispatched to the accident scene. Mutal aid rescues from Barrington, Pawtucket, and Cranston were also dispatched to the scene to transport victims to local hospitals. A total of 4 parties were transported to the hospital sustaining unknown injuries.
