Silhouette Soft is a fully absorbable bidirectional cone suture designed to reposition the tissue and volumes of the face and neck. The suture consists of a single strand of polylactic acid which has been used in medicine for many years and has a proven safety record. It is fully absorbable and the lifting effect can last up to 18 months.
