(www.abndigital.com) Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium is an integrated steel and vanadium slag producer, controlled by the Russian Evraz group. The controlling shareholder in Evraz is Roman Abramovich. Evraz mines ore at its mine operation in Limpopo and produces iron and steel products and vanadium-bearing slag at its plant outside Middleburg in Mpumalanga. Evraz has a market cap of R2.7 billion, and has no price to earnings ratio, since it traded at a loss in 2011.
