The Praia in Sibulan is probably one of the most unexpected find anyone could ever discover in the province of Negros Oriental. I personally thought it was just an events venue where weddings and birthdays can be hosted. It's obvious by now that it is more than just that. Food. Okay. Let me break it down to you. IT. IS. GREAT. Their food is so unique and delicious because they actually make everything from scratch. No ready-made ingredients. No prepared condiments from the supermarket. Literally, from scratch. To give an example, the sauce for their grilled cheese sandwich are actually fresh tomatoes that were mashed and ground (or vice versa) to perfection. Their juices are made from the freshest organic ingredients that I cannot name one by one and are definitely must-tries. Every sip will literally make you feel healthy. It felt like detox when I had them. And that's barely half of their menu. They continually experiment on what to make so it won't be a surprise if they have a new kind of food or drink every week. Coffee. This was pretty exciting. I know I don't do coffee but how they made theirs was pretty genius. They made it interactive. Literally. You have to try it for yourselves. Games. I'm not into games as well. But if you want to try board games that are seemingly unheard of (or if you are just into board games), they have an actual collection any customer can try. Music. If you want to lounge in their sala, in the swing, or by the beach while playing the guitar and serenading your partner or just jamming with your buddies, it is definitely possible at The Praia. They don't just encourage it, they actually love it when the guests do. Chemistry. Well, watch the video and find out. It's amazing how The Praia never runs out of things to do. No wonder I always see check-ins in social media from their place. Definitely a place to go to, especially if you are not from around town.
