Yield: 4 servings as an appetizer

3 avocados
Lime juice to taste
Salt to taste
1 jalapeño, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, rough chopped
2 plum tomatoes, small dice
1/2 red onion, small dice
Tortilla chips
1. Remove the meat from the avocado and place in a bowl.
2. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
3. Mash this mixture with either a fork or potato masher until smooth.
4. Fold in the jalapeño, onion, cilantro and tomatoes and serve with chips.
