3rd begin adding weight to feel the weight and how your joints and core will react in holding it. Make sure to wear a belt and or other supports to help keep you at lower risk for injury
This is a dangerous exercise with the edge for risk over reward to use carefully.
They are fun and exhilarating but they are not the best way to build legs if that is what your after.
