There are so many ways to make this dish with potatoes even with beef flank and slightly fried vegetables such as peppers onions and so on first. Can even make it as simple as with red cabbage and beats; the beats are what really makes it very tasty for me. Love this soup and wanted to share it with every one enjoy!
