LPE v4 switchless 2.0

The second version of the v4 switchless is finished. It is about 2 studs more compact and the gears are inside the housing. Also the tubes have a better position and the frame is more stable (nearly unbreakable). But it runs slower than the first version. I really don't know why. The tubes are still bad and can only handle 3 bar of pressure.
