In view of the current hot weather one of Ernesto Lecuona's biggest hits : "Say si, si" in a rendition by Teddy Stauffer(1909-91) and his Original-Teddies.... Swiss born Stauffer's band was one of the most popular on the European continent. They recorded exclusively for Telefunken until the outbreak of the Second World War. At that time the band was performing in Switzerland. Stauffer remained in there while the German members of his band had to return to Germany.... Although Stauffer remained active in his native country at that time his career was less succesful. Later on he would become legendary as one of the founding members of the tourism industry in Acapulco.... He was also one of screen beauty Hedy Lamarr's husbands...
