Good god the controls are awful in this game. Everything is so stiff and the cars drive way too fast. Playing with a 360 controller doesn't help matters. Funny enough though it looks better than Twisted Metal 2 in some aspects. I'm gonna try Jet Moto and Critical Depth as well as they're using the same game engine.
