Unity vs Improbable Dispute is Over! Unity updated EULA, reinstates Improbable

The drama... it's over. Last week Unity stepped in it when a private dispute between Unity and Improbable over SpatialOS went very public and revealed some very disturbing things in Unity's Terms of Service, especially when it comes to service providers. Today, Unity announced they are reinstating Improbable's developer keys, basically announced an "official partners" program and made a massive improvement to their EULA removing a lot of the fear of retroactive EULA changes from the future... I'm not expecting Unity and Improbable to become best of friends any time soon... but we... the developers, we win out in the end.
