‘Bangladesh: Train Crash Kills At Least 17 and Injures Dozens’

At least 17 people have died and more than a 100 injured after two trains collided in Northeastern Bangladesh.

The crash occurred when a passenger train smashed into a cargo train in the city of Bhairab, at 3:30pm local time. 

Local fire official Mosharraf Hossain said the bodies of at least 17 people had been recovered and fears the number of casualties could rise.
