The Colombian Navy published footage on Monday of a semi-submarine destined for use in drug trafficking that was intercepted the previous weekend in Tumaco.

The vessel, presumably belonging to the armed group ‘Western Block Alfonso Cano,’ had the capacity to transport more than two tons of narcotics.

At the time of its interception, the submarine was ready to be loaded with narcotics before being used by the criminal organisation to carry them to other countries in the region.
