‘DISTURBING Scenes as Child Begs Father to Stop During Bradford Anti-Lockdown Protest’

Nine police officers were reported injured in Bradford after a peaceful demonstration against lockdown measures turned violent.

Protesters scuffled with police after a march of around 400 people through the city-centre, leading to 13 arrests and 19 fines being issued for breaching COVID regulations.

Police said the “majority of protesters were peaceful” but a handful became aggressive.
