France: Anti-COVID restrix figure Philippot leads thousands in march through Paris

‘Les Patriotes’ founder and presidential candidate Florian Philippot led a massive protest against the proposed health pass and mandatory vaccinations in Paris on Saturday.

Florian Philippot has been heavily critical of Macron’s handling of the pandemic.

Fabrice Di Vizio, the lawyer who has been accompanying Philippot during these protests, was also present during the rally, calling out politicians for not listening to protesters.

“We’re entering a divided society, a society of echo chambers, where discrimination becomes the norm,” he said. “Those against us, come there, there, come listen to the people. When the politicians start listening to the people, I’ll stop coming.”

The French government implemented a health pass giving special privileges to vaccinated citizens to encourage vaccination against COVID-19.
