Germany: Counter-demo held in Wandlitz as AfD pay tribute to deceased "In Extremo" musician

Around 100 counter-protesters gathered in Wandlitz on Monday to demonstrate against supporters of the Alternative for Germany (AfD), who rallied, opposing vaccinations and commemorating recently deceased “In Extremo” musician Boris Pfeiffer.
Several dozen counter-protesters formed a human chain in front of the city hall and held banners with slogans such as ‘Heart instead of agitation.’ On the opposite side of the street, an AfD stage was set up, on which a speaker addressed the crowd. Police officers guarded the rally. Mourners lit candles and laid flowers for Pfeiffer.
Boris Pfeiffer died of a suspected heart attack last week during a rally against COVID restrictions north of Berlin.
