Dozens of farmers used their tractors to block off the road in front of food company Musgraves in Kilcock on Sunday.

The farmers decried the letter reportedly sent by Green Party MEP Ciaran Cuffe to the country’s banking CEOs where he was allegedly concerned about ‘large loans’ given to young farmers.

Along with Cuffe’s resignation, the farmers also demanded ditching carbon taxes on fuel.
