Inter and AC Milan fans gathered this Saturday afternoon in Milan by the San Siro stadium to support their teams before the Milan derby.

The fans cheered for their own team and jeered their competitors. They also set off smoke flares as buses carrying the players drove past.

“Last year we won the championship. We hope to repeat it this year and we will do everything possible to win the Champions League,” said Emanuele, an Inter fan.

Supporting the Milan team, a fan named Francesco commented: “If Inter wins, the championship is gone, but we expect a good result and a nice game.”
