North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has met with war veterans to mark the 67th anniversary of the end of the Korean War.

State television footage shows Kim delivering a speech in a venue packed with excited veterans, where he affirmed his commitment to a nuclear North Korea. He also said that nuclear weapons are a security guarantee to prevent a second Korean War.
