Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib met with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Beirut on Tuesday to find solutions for the voluntary repatriation of Syrian refugees and to ratify agreements.
The state visit was accompanied by a large number of media representatives and numerous security forces.
The Turkish Foreign Minister also expressed sadness over the crisis between Lebanon and the Gulf states since Lebanon faced a severe diplomatic crisis with the Gulf states during which Riyadh expelled the Lebanese ambassador, called back its own envoy and banned all imports from Lebanon.
