Ruptly is live from Milavce, near the Czech city of Pilsen, on Wednesday, August 4, after two trains collided, leaving at least three dead and several people injured.

The collision occurred after a Prague-bound express train from Munich hit a regional train travelling between Domazlice and Blizejov.

Czech Transport Minister Karel Havlicek said on Twitter that human error appeared to be responsible for the crash, saying that the express train appeared not to have stopped at a stop signal.
