EU ministers of Foreign Affairs will meet in Brussels on Monday, December 13.

The Foreign Affairs ministers are set to exchange views on Russia and Ukraine, as well as Belarus, the situation in Afghanistan, and EU-Africa relations, among other issues. They are also expected to adopt conclusions on the Common Security and Defence (CSDP) Policy Compact.

The meeting will be chaired by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell. It will also be the first EU Foreign Affairs Council with the participation of Germany’s new foreign minister, Annalena Baerbock.

The ministers are also expected to adopt conclusions on the Common Security and Defence (CSDP) Policy Compact.
