European Justice and Home Affairs ministers hold a press conference in Brussels on Tuesday, August 31 following the extraordinary meeting of the Council on Afghanistan.
The meeting was scheduled to discuss a uniform EU response regarding the current situation in Afghanistan as well as the impact on migration and security after Western forces completed their withdrawal from the country.
