Ruptly is live from La Palma in the Canary Islands on Tuesday, September 21, as the volcano in La Cumbre Vieja area continues to erupt.

Following a week of seismic activity, the volcano erupted on Sunday leading authorities to start evacuating nearby villages. Soldiers have been deployed on the island to help with the evacuation. ​
