Live: OSCE members arrive at first Permanent Council meeting in Vienna of 2022

Ruptly is live from Vienna on Thursday January 13 as Permanent Council members of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) are arriving for their first meeting of 2022.
Representatives are expected to discuss current security issues in Europe.
The meeting will mark the beginning of the organisation’s chairmanship by Poland for 2022.
