Ruptly is live from outside a court in Moscow on Wednesday, December 29, after the court officially ordered a ban against the Memorial Human Rights Center.

On a Tuesday, December 28, its sister organisation, Memorial International, was also officially liquidated.

The Memorial Human Rights Center aimed at helping political prisoners.
