MONSTROUS Wildfires Consume Spain in Record Heat

Devastating wildfires are spreading across multiple Spanish provinces as the country swelters under record-breaking June temperatures.

The fires have already incinerated 35,000 football pitches-worth of woodland in Zaragoza, Toledo and Zamora, as well as the Catalan region of Lleida.

Soaring temperatures, which have exceeded 40C, and gusting winds of up to 70kph, are stoking the fast-moving flames.
