Voters of the Social Democratic Union (SDSM) party headed to polls in Skopje on Sunday to choose a successor for Zoran Zaev.
Voters could be seen casting their ballots at a voting station decorated in the party’s colours in the North Macedonian capital.
Zaev stepped down both as leader of the Social Democratic Union and as Prime minister of the country following a disappointing showing from his party in the municipal elections last October.
