Donald Trump has claimed, without any evidence, that the election has been stolen.

These claims have no legal basis, and three of his legal challenges have been dismissed.

His leads in Georgia and Pennsylvania are narrowing as ballots continue to be counted.

Georgia’s counts are overseen by state politician Brad Raffensperger who is a Republican.

Joe Biden currently has between 253 and 264 electoral votes and only needs 270 to win.
