FC Barcelona striker Lionel Messi held a press conference on Sunday in the Catalan capital to announce his departure from the Blaugrana club.

Speaking to the FC Barcelona board and his teammates, Messi regretted his departure in tears, and mentioned that joining PSG is “a possibility.”

Messi began his career in the lower categories of FC Barcelona in December 2000, and made his debut at the age of 17 in the first team, having become the maximum legend of the club, with a total of 35 trophies.

The Argentinian star’s record with FC Barcelona includes 10 League trophies, 4 Champions Leagues, 7 King’s Cups, 3 FIFA Club World Cups and 8 Spanish Super Cup trophies.
