‘Police HUNT New Suspect in Sabina Nessa’s Murder’

A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of teacher Sabina Nessa in Kidbrooke, south-east London.

Police said the man was arrested at an address in Lewisham and remains in custody.

The 28-year-old woman’s body was found by a passer-by in Cator Park in Kidbrooke at around 5:30pm on Saturday September 18th. The day before Sabina had been walking to meet a friend at a pub near her home when she was fatally attacked at around 8:30pm. The journey should have taken only five minutes.
