Syria: Daraa ceasefire agreement comes into force with deployment of Russian military police

Some of the militants could be seen inside one of the dedicated centres handing over weapons and signing papers as part of the deal.
The truce was reached on Tuesday evening after days of heavy clashes in the area
Under the deal, the Syrian army backed by the Russian military police will reportedly be stationed at four points, while the militants would hand over weapons in exchange for staying in the neighbourhood.
