Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock had their first meeting as foreign ministers at the G7 ministerial meeting in Liverpool on Saturday.

Baerbock is the newly appointed Foreign Minister in the newly formed Scholz cabinet and has replaced Heiko Maas.
