A long tailback of traffic could be seen on a road heading into London after flash flooding caused disruption across the UK capital on Sunday.

Heavy rain lead to road blockages and left several underground stations and road tunnels flooded on Sunday night.

Over 1,000 emergency calls were made to the London Fire Brigade for flood-related assistance by Monday morning, according to their website.
