UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the military coup in Sudan and said those unlawfully arrested must be released immediately. Guterres was speaking on Tuesday from UN headquarters in New York City.
The UN chief also said the international community must come together to defend against the “epidemic of coups d’etat.”
