Archive footage filmed on September 11 shows rescue crews, fire and smoke just after the American Airlines flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.
Firefighters could be seen battling the blaze as the western wing of the building was partially destroyed.
A piece of the aeroplane wreckage is also visible next to the impact site.
The 9/11 terrorist attacks killed 2,977 people and injured thousands at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
