Hundreds of flights were delayed at the Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport on Monday, affecting the journeys of many travellers.
According to data published by flight tracking service FlightAware, the airport saw over 340 delays and over 110 cancellations on the first day of the week.
A surge in COVID-19 cases over the festive season has presented staffing challenges for many airlines in the US and across the globe, with thousands of journeys disrupted.
