Taliban forces in military vehicles and confiscated military equipment could be seen at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul on Tuesday.

Abandoned airplanes and equipment from the US and their allies could be seen on the airfield.
The United States officially concluded its 20-year deployment in Afghanistan on August 30.

The Taliban is designated a terrorist organisation by the United Nations Security Council. The US meanwhile has not placed it on its Foreign Terrorist Organisation list while Russia has designated it a terrorist group since 2003.
