China: Travel restrictions imposed in Fujian province after 59 new cases reported

Authorities in the southern Chinese province of Fujian rolled out a set of measures on Tuesday in attempt to stop the spread of Delta variant of COVID-19.
The decision to limit travel, close shops and set up temporary mass COVID testing facilities, as filmed in Xiamen, come after 59 new cases of the virus were registered in the region.
More than 100 cases have been reported in the last four days in three of the province’s major cities.
