EU Foreign Minister Josep Borrell and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg arrived at an informal meeting of defence ministers in Brest on Wednesday.
The meeting was called to deliberate the recent talks from the NATO-Russia council and inform EU leaders of the steps NATO is taking in the ongoing situation in Ukraine.
