Dozens of activists from the right-wing New Strength movement gathered in Gera, Thuringia, on Saturday, attracting hundreds of counter-protesters.
The group was reportedly surrounded by three different Antifa counter-demonstrations, with local police monitoring both sides.
The New Strength movement is an extreme right-wing group founded in 2020. In 2021, the organisation created the ‘New Strength Party,’ electing federal chairmen Michel Fischer and Bryan Kahnes in mid-November.
