Iran: FM Zarif meets Chinese special envoy for Afghanistan

The meeting took place following the collapse of the government in Afghanistan and Taliban forces seizing power in the country.
The group declared that the war in Afghanistan war over after its fighters took Kabul and President Ashraf Ghani fled the country.
In July, Tehran hosted an Afghan government delegation to meet representatives of the Taliban for peace talks.
