Drone footage recorded on Saturday showed the extent of the damages after Typhoon Rai brought heavy rain and flooding in Cebu.

Hundreds of damaged infrastructures, including houses and buildings, could be seen.

At least 17 people died due to the tropical storm, and roughly 100,000 people in several regions have been evacuated.
