Poland: Military sets up camp near Belarusian border

The Polish military had set up camp near the village of Szudzialowo next to the border with Belarus, where soldiers and military vehicles were spotted on Friday.

Soldiers were seen moving supplies in and out of transport vehicles, many of which were seen entering and leaving the camp.

Around 15,000 Polish soldiers have reportedly been deployed in the border area amid the ongoing migrant crisis, while other countries, including the United Kingdom and Estonia, also sent soldiers to support their NATO partner. Between 2,000 and 4,000 migrants were currently believed to be at the border between Belarus and Poland.
