1. Bicep Curls
2. Across body hammer curls
3. Forward raises
4. Side raises elbows up
5. Bent over flys elbows up
6. Overhead press

Exercise: 12-15 reps
Weights: 10-20lbs
Sets: 2 sets each exercise
Rest: 30 seconds
