Jacob Blake’s mother has spoken out condemning the violent unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin after two men were fatally shot.

Cars and businesses have been set on fire during clashes among protesters and counter-protesters.

Black Lives Matter activists took the streets after 29-year-old Jacob Blake was shot seven times in the back by the police on August 23, leaving the father-of six-paralysed.

The demonstrations provoked an armed response from local citizens claiming to be protecting businesses from rioting.
